| 1948 Artist's birth in Guilberville, Normandy.
 1962 Starts to draw and paint.
 Influenced by Dutch and Spanish painters, principally Velazquez and 
        Rembrandt.
 1972 Leaves for the United States.
 Marries Claude Schaller in San Francisco.
 1973 Travels in the United States, Mexico and Guatemala.
 1974 Returns to France .
 Begins studies at the Académie Port Royal with professors Claude Schurr, 
        Jean Marzelle and Jean-Maxime Relange.
 1975 Goes on his first of many trips to Morocco.
 1976 Obtains the first prize at the Académie Port Royal.
 Exhibits in Paris.
 1983 Immigrates to Canada and settles in Montreal.
 During this year he has extensive exhibits in the United States, Canada 
        and Switzerland.
 1990-1998 Several trips to Costa Rica and Panama.

 Projects in Montreal along with his many exhibits in France and Canada.
